Is there any reason on why VRV is just straight garbage on Roku? It is literally unwatchable. Whether it’s constant video freezing while the audio continues, force shutdowns of the whole roku system, or the 4 minutes it takes to search “Harmon” to watch HarmonQuest which then freezes 7 minutes into the episode. I contacted VRV support, and they first said they would have to reach out to Roku about it, then sent another response and said they had elevated my issue to a "specialist" - which is the same thing they said before when I couldn't sign up for VRV due to a "server error" for literally months, and the specialist never told me jack. It does seem from my conversations with VRV tech support, that the way vrv handles logins is simply by using cookies. So theoretically everytime you restart your Roku you will need to log back in to VRV again as your cookies get cleared. Also probably every time you open enough other channels on roku to cause it to shut down vrv. (when it loads more).
